Order

Yes, it is mandatory by law. Our site and services can only be used by adults. By placing an order through the website www.seewinesspirit.com, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and that the person left for contact during the delivery of the package is also of legal age.

Unfortunately, he will not be able to receive the shipment. When purchasing, it is good to request a delivery address where an adult can expect and accept it.

We try to process and ship every order within 2 business days.

Payment

You can pay for the services and products purchased from us in one of the following ways: by cash on delivery, by bank transfer, by card.

You can pay in cash upon delivery of the package directly to the courier.

You can pay via online banking or at a bank counter by transferring the amount due on your order to the account below. Please do not forget to enter the order number and the name of the buyer on the basis of payment. Bank transfers usually take 1 to 2 business days, and overseas payments may take longer. Once your transfer is reflected in our account, we will immediately prepare and send the ordered wines. The delivery time after dispatch is the one mentioned at the time of ordering.

Yes, we accept. You can pay for the wines you have ordered with either a debit or credit card.

Online payment is made with a personal credit/debit card or your company card - under secure conditions. The following credit and debit cards are accepted: Maestro, Visa (all types), MasterCard (all types), AMEX, Diners Club; and for direct credit card payments: Maestro, Visa (all types), MasterCard (all types).

You will receive an invoice for each order placed with us. If you wish to receive an invoice issued in the name of a legal entity, please enter the data of the legal entity in the notes to the order.

The invoice is sent together with your order in the way you prefer: electronically by email when purchasing products or by courier enclosed in the package with your order.

Shipping methods

We are sorry, but at the moment we only deliver to the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

We deliver wine almost all over the country, depending on the chosen courier.

We do not work with a specific courier company. We try to comply with the client's preferences.

Delivery is at the customer's expense and according to the tariff of the selected courier-supplier.

You could track the status of the shipment using the number of the waybill it is traveling on or with the respective courier company making the delivery.

Your package of wine travels in special packaging that secures the product, and if necessary, with insurance! Please, if you find upon receipt that the package is damaged or damp, do not accept the package before requesting an "inspect package" option from the courier. In the event that you discover a broken or missing item, please notify us at [email protected] and fill in the courier service complaint form. The latter must be provided to you by the courier.

The delivery time depends on the processing time of the request, as well as on the selected courier - usually it is within 2-3 working days.

Deliveries are made by a courier of your choice and according to their working hours and established service time for your area.

Return and exchange

Yes. You can return already purchased goods within the 14-day legally established period - in case the integrity of the packaging of the purchased goods is not violated. For more information, see the Terms of Use.

To return products purchased from Seewinesspirit.com, please fill out the form below and return the goods together with it to the following address: Recipient: Seewines Spirit JSC Sofia, 106, Bulgaria Blvd. entrance D, app. 9.

Refunds for returned products are made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned shipment. The refund is made to the bank account you indicated on the product return form.

Complaints (for defects in the wine, such as a cork) are accepted within 30 days of purchasing the product.
